Jake's Journey Foundation was formed to help offset the medical expenses that will be incurred over the course of Jake's treatment. In Jake’s honor, the Jake’s Journey Foundation will also donate a portion of all money raised to the University of Illinois Pediatric Oncology Group to help further their research for treatments and finding a cure. All contributions are greatly apppreciated. A form for making contributions online will be coming soon.
